About

A practice built on
restraint.

Smile Chelsea was started for the patient who already knows what they don't want — the oversold consultation, the templated smile, the sense that they are one of forty appointments today.

Our founding view

Most of what's wrong with modern aesthetic dentistry isn't the dentistry — it's the pace. Patients are walked through plans they don't fully understand, given options framed as inevitabilities, and finished before they've had time to ask the second question.

We built Smile Chelsea to be the opposite of that. Longer consultations. Fewer patients per day. A clinician who is paid to listen first and treat second. Our treatment list is curated, not comprehensive — nothing makes the list until we believe we do it as well as anyone in London. Doing fewer things exceptionally well is more honest than doing everything adequately.

Pricing is on consultation. Not because it's a secret, but because the right answer depends on the face in front of us, not a menu.

Two addresses,
one standard.

Smile Chelsea is a Chelsea brand. Our flagship studio — designed from the floor up for the way we want to see patients — opens in summer 2026.

Until then, we are operating from a clinical suite at 106 Harley Street. It is a setting that needs no introduction in private healthcare, and the practical truth is that it is the right place to begin: the clinical infrastructure is excellent, the standards are uncompromising, and the patient experience translates directly to what Chelsea will become.

We are not in a hurry to move. We are in a hurry to do this properly.
